Getting Here
Driving from Holladay
Holladay sits a straight shot north of the studio. From the Old Mill or Cottonwood Mall area, head south on 2300 East or Highland Drive until you reach 9400 South, then cut west to State Street — twelve minutes outside of rush hour. The 1300 East corridor connects you to Fort Union Boulevard and down to 7000 South where you can grab I-215 westbound for one stop to I-15. If you live in the Holladay Hills foothills, drop down 4500 South to I-15, then south to exit 295 at 10600 South. You'll be in the chair fifteen minutes after your driveway. We see plenty of Holladay regulars who used to drive into Sugar House and save themselves the parking hassle by coming down here instead.
Major routes locals take: 1300 East · 2300 East · I-215 · Highland Drive · State Street. The studio address is 10965 State St #217, Sandy, UT 84070.

Services Holladay Books Most
Every Holladay client gets the same chair time, the same listening, and the same finish — these are just the appointments we book most often from your zip code.
Balayage & Lived-In Color
Holladay clients love hand-painted balayage that grows in for twelve weeks straight — perfect for foothill homeowners who would rather not chase root touch-ups.
Color Correction
A favorite for Holladay clients who tried a downtown studio and ended up with a tone or banding issue — your colorist maps the multi-visit plan upfront.
Bridal & Event Hair
Holladay brides booking Red Butte, Snowbird, or downtown venues use our chair for trials four weeks out, then return for the morning-of styling.
Why Locals Choose Us
Built for Holladay regulars
Holladay clients trade Sugar House for a much shorter trip — same caliber of color work without the downtown circling and metered parking.
We keep midday and early-evening slots open for Holladay professionals who can swing past on the way home from the office, since traffic on State Street is cleaner heading south than I-15 going north.
Foothill brides and event clients book trial-then-wedding-day combos and use the studio as a calm staging point on the way to canyon-side or downtown venues.
Parking
Free lot off State Street, no garage fees or meters. Coming down 1300 East or 2300 East, cross 9400 South and continue west to State — the 10965 building is on your left and stalls are usually open right by Suite 217.
Hours
Open daily · 8 AM – 8 PM. By appointment only — booking is online and confirmation is instant.

What Holladay says
★★★★★ 4.9 across 143+ verified reviews
“I was driving to Sugar House for color and dealing with parking every time. Twelve minutes down State to Erica and I get a better balayage, easier parking, and a calmer studio. Done.”
Whitney B., Holladay 84117
“Holladay options are fine but nothing felt consistent. Modesto gets the shape right every single time. Worth the short drive south.”
David K., Old Mill
